Booking
Where can I book a QT Luxe Stays property? You can book through Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, or directly through our website. Booking direct gives you the best available rate with no third-party service fees added at checkout, and you'll deal with us personally from the start.
How do I make a direct booking? Simply enquire via our website. We'll confirm availability, send through your booking details, and take care of everything from there.
What is your cancellation policy? Cancellation terms vary depending on where you book. If you book direct, our policy is outlined at confirmation and we're happy to talk you through it before you commit. If booking through a platform, their standard terms will apply.
Check-in & Check-out
What are your check-in and check-out times? Standard check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. If you need something different, get in touch before your arrival and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How does check-in work? Access details are sent to you ahead of your stay. Depending on the property, you'll either have a keypad code for the door handle or a lockbox code to collect a key. Either way, there's no need to meet anyone on arrival.
What if I'm arriving late? No problem at all. Full access instructions are provided in advance, so late arrivals are straightforward. Just let us know your expected arrival time so we're across it.
What's Included
Is linen and towels provided? Yes. All properties are fully made up with quality linen and towels, fresh and ready for your arrival.
Is WiFi included? Yes, fast WiFi is included at all properties at no extra cost.
What kitchen facilities are available? Most properties include a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Please note that one of our properties (41B) has a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. All properties include a small supply of basics like coffee and tea to get you started, and Queenstown's supermarkets are just a short distance away in the township.
What else is provided? All properties include laundry facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Specific inclusions are listed on each property page.
Do you accept pets? Unfortunately we don't accommodate pets at any of our properties.
